Now I know...

Just an FYI...that single egg is a very IMPORTANT ingredient in brownies. Do not try making brownies without that egg.

Other then that, life is going pretty darn well.

Did you know you can substitute an egg with apple sauce. I think I usually do about 1/4 cup of apple sauce per egg. I did it for chocolate chip cookies and I thought they turned out good. I don't think I've ever done it in brownies, though so no promises.
