I've come up with two options for the remodel of our upstairs. Both are very different and I'm having trouble deciding which I would like better. I need help. Please vote on which one you like best.
man I'm so indecisive. I think they would both be great. I am leaning toward floor plan #2. Is the line between the living room and dining room a wall, or counters? If it's counters it has a great room feel which i kind of like, so i think that's why I'm leaning toward it. how fun for you!
Ya, I like house plan #2 better because I like that you walk into an open space. I would like it even better if there was no wall between the kitchen and the living room and that was all just open. It would make the house seem bigger.
I would go with plan #2 but with a little plan #1 twist. For instance, the bay window in the dining room on the first plan, I would add that to the second plan to give more depth both inside and outside the home.
