I've made some changes to the last plan. I've added a small bay to the dining room. It can't be a true bay because there is a window in the basement right about there. I've changed up the master bedroom . What do you think?
I do like the mas. bath facing the back yard instead of the neighbors. I do like the somewhat bay window.(you could do a herb garden in it). However I like the idea of the dining area and living room, kitchen area, going from front to back of house so that there is a rear exit to the backyard where maybe a porch could be for entertaining. I just think with the bedroom and mas. bed. you have completely cut off the back yard. My thoughts though
I don't know too much about plans for houses but I do like your latest one the best I like how open your living room dining room and kitchen are and the layout of the bedrooms. I do like where you have the master bath and closet in the latest plan too. Good luck with your remodel whatever you do decide on!!
This by far is my favorite. It makes the most sense and has good flow. Since the kitchen, dining and family room are essentially one big room why not put french doors that lead to the deck from the l.r. if you did want to move your entertaining outside.
I like it a lot. I could see having the hallway in the bedroom not going over so well....at least for me. Everything looks really good and lots of space. I'm so jealous, I want to build a house (aka remodel).
I wish there was some way to have the dining room or kitchen in the back so that you could add a deck for entertaining or relaxing. It would feel like you have extra square footage. Mom Redford
