I took the comments that had been made, merged them with what I liked about both house plans, and came up with this one. Be honest, do you like it better then the first two. Thanks for your help because once the cement is poured there's no going back.

I forgot to mention that I want your opinion on the location of the kitchen and the living room. They can swap places if needed. Thanks.
Not that my opinion matters much, but I think you'd be annoyed with that long hallway going to your room. Coming from an apartment with 2 hallways, hallways are a waste of space. I liked floorplan 1. Oh yeah, and I'm the YW pres too! I wish I could offer advice, but I'm barely getting used to it myself.
I would still add the bay window in the dining room for depth, but go with it. Are you goin gto have a garage? Do a detached, those are a nice addition to any home and add character to the property.
